Yes, rides may be requested 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 24 hour notice.
Each driver undergoes an unlimited background and Motor Vehicle Record driving check, as well as drug testing. Drivers are required to have Defensive Driving, First Aid and Passenger Assistance certifications.
